The firm has 53 lawyers split between its two Canadian offices with practice areas including dispute resolution, international arbitration, and regulatory compliance in casualty, construction and engineering, insurance, and professional practices. The predecessor firm was formed by John Nicholl and Mindy Paskell-Mede after they left Ogilvy Renault LLP in 1992.
