Immigration Law Help from abroad Bringing in foreign caregivers to look after kids or elderly family members takes time. F 16 By Siobhan McClelland amilies looking to hire a caregiver to look after children or an elderly or disabled person often need help fast. One solution to this problem is the live-in caregiver program, which allows individuals to employ and bring caregivers into Canada from other countries.
