André Dufour is Regional Managing Partner of BLG's Montréal office and a partner in the Firm's
Corporate Commercial Group. He has been involved in a broad range of commercial transactions,
with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Sharon Vogel is the National Leader of BLG's Construction Group and Bruce Reynolds is the
Chair of the International Construction Projects Group. The duo recently acted as co-counsel for the
Ontario Government in conducting an independent expert review of Ontario's Construction Lien Act.
