Dianne G. Corbiere Partner, Nahwegahbow Corbiere Genoodmagejig, Rama, Ont. Dianne Corbiere is a member of M'Chigeeng First Nation and has been a partner with her firm since 2000. She is a past president of the Indigenous Bar Association and is the chairwoman for the National Secretariat Against Hate and Racism in Canada. Corbiere is considered a strong advocate for the cause of First Nations. During her time as president of the IBA, she was instrumental in advocating for Aboriginal inclusion in the appellate courts of Canada and the revitalization of indigenous traditions.
