Founding partner Warren Winkler is now Ontario's chief justice. The firm settled on its cur- rent handle in 2001, when it expanded from its Toronto base to open an office in London, Ont. In the public sector, the firm represents entities such as boards of education, health authorities, and employers' associations. It has a strategic affiliation with Ontario's Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP, which fosters national coverage, referrals, resource sharing, and joint conference offerings.
