"Although electronic presen- tation of evidence is fairly common in criminal trials, true e-trials represent only a small portion of the hundreds of cases we conduct every year which do not justify an e-trial process." CPN 14 encourages e-trials when any of the following triggers are present: • A substantial portion of potentially discoverable records consists of elec- tronic material. • More than 1,000 records or 3,000 pages. • More than three parties. • A trial that will take longer than 10 days. • Proceedings that are multi- jurisdictional.
