Career highlight: Developing a high-functioning team.
I get excited about growing teams and seeing how
they work together. A lot of people from my teams
have gone on to do amazing things, so I derive a lot of
satisfaction from that. Being part of the COVID response
team at LifeLabs has been really exciting as well.
Career lowlights: A lowlight for me has been
facing difficult decisions where you have to show
your value in the face of cost-cutting exercises. My
response has always been to think of new ways to
derive value, whether it's reputational value or value
to the board or another kind of value.
