We established a five-year strategic plan al- most three years ago, and it is already nearly complete. . . . Our goal was to prepare for the 21st century and the significant chan- ges in our industry. To do so, we have made technical investments (software updates, processes, etc.), and we are now in the change management phase. What's most interesting about work- ing in business law in Quebec today? We must use artificial intelligence for more efficiency, to provide the same quality at a more competitive rate and while maintaining our profit margins.
