The case highlighted the balance between civility and zealous advocacy of a client. Groia specializes in securities litigation in civil, regulatory and criminal cases. He has spoken at various conferences and educational pro- grams including the McGill University Meredith Lectures and the Oxford Conference on international securities fraud.
