why they should do something." Th e 800 or so employees of CIBC Mellon have been benefi ting from Life- Speak's workshops for about the last year and a half. One of the most unexpected benefi ts has been the diff erent com- munities within the orga- nization that have formed as a result of bringing some of these life issues out in the open.
