The perfect T In a time of fiscal constraint and a multitude of regulatory and legislative changes, a wide range of strategies are needed to keep up-to-date with the law and control the bottom line. he 4th annual Canadian Lawyer InHouse/Association of Corporate Counsel round- table looked at increased reg- ulations and the impact on legal departments, all within the context of the current economic situation. In order to facilitate the best pos- sible discussion, InHouse and the ACC looked for counsel from a cross-section of Canadian companies. Counsel were sought from legal departments both large and small, from a wide range of industries and seniority levels.
